• 顧客須與完成付款後60日內預約檢查時間
• 預約成功後會收到WHATSAPP確認，請務必收到WHATSAPP確認後才作準
• 預約驗眼服務請務必準時，以免影響下一時段之客人
• 顧客只可以更改預約時間一次
• 此服務不兌換現金
• 驗配當日請出示購物單據予職員

Contact Lens Exam Include:

• Refraction exam. 
• Anterior eye check e.g. corneal health, corneal curvature.
• Optometrist recommendation and contact lens prescription.
• Exam process takes approx. 30mins.
• Bring your current glasses or contact lens to the eye exam so that optometrist can better understand your vision needs.
• You may add $150 upgrade the exam to a comprehensive eye health exam that will also check for glaucoma, cataract and retina disease.

• You must redeem the service by booking an appintment within 60days from the day of purchase.
• If you booking is successful only when you receive a Whatsapp confirmation from our company.
• Confirmed appointment can only be rescheduled 1 time only.
• Please be punctual for your appointment.
• This service cannot be redeem to cash.
